VACATION RETREATS
Come and enjoy the splendor of September with a
Yoga Vacation Retreat. We offer 3 Day/2 Night and
5 Day/4 Night retreats. You can experience yoga
for the first time or advance your yoga practice.
We combine craniosacral therapy workshops, meditation,
silent sunrise canoe or kayak, aboriginal customs
and studies, music, campfires, rest and relaxation.
Come and experience the Stillness.
PONTOON CRUISING
Begin your evening with a sunset cruise on Tyson
Lake or Wolf Creek. Bring your camera and tune into
your listening skills. You will see many species
of wildlife as they get ready to bed down and moose
forage for their evening meal. All while listening
to the sounds of the loon as dusk settles in.
LAKE TOURS
We also provide a 3 hour lake tour.
Tyson Lake is filled with numerous inlets and bays
and 271 miles of shoreline. Bring along a favorite
beverage and a snack or let us cater a picnic lunch.
Call for our special rate package.
GAZEBO
Or maybe just some star gazing or a game of chess
or cards in our screened-in gazebo. Join in with
some hand drumming, guitar playing or listen to
the sounds of the native inspired flute. Sit around
the fire and listen to some folklore or history.
Entertaining, educating and partaking in environmental
science is always a welcome bonus.
CANOES & KAYAKS
Canoe or kayak Tyson Lake, Wolf Creek, Spoon Lake
and several other waterways. We have a variety of
boats for rent at a special rate if you are lodging
with us and a very competitive rate if you are not.
Call for details, availability and to reserve.
HIKING
A five minute car ride takes you into Killarney Provincial
Park. Whether early morning or mid afternoon, on your
own or with our guide, Killarney has 20,000 acres
of the most beautiful land ever seen and over 700
km of groomed hiking trails. Artists and poets alike
have come to be inspired.
SAUNA
After your hike, come back and enjoy our sauna with
natural scent therapy, hot water and heat that is
surely to relax your mind, body and soul.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive
healing modality. This healing practice allows the
practitioner to deeply listen to the cerebrospinal
fluid in the Cranial system. The intention of CST
is to facilitate and enhance the body’s own self-healing
and self-regulating capabilities. A CST session
can relieve the pain of injuries, headaches, depression
and trauma of all kinds. Book a session during your
stay, relax and remember once again the wisdom of
the body.
FISHING
A fisherman’s dream come true. The clean and pristine
waters of TYSON LAKE are filled with bass, pike and
lake trout. Fish off the dock or rent one of our boats
to catch the fish of the day.
WILDLIFE
Have you ever watched how a beaver builds a damn?
Set off with one of our guides, or on your own and
watch how and understand why. There is so much to
learn from our cousin, the Beaver. Every time a beaver
takes a tree it is used to its fullest. The Beavers
have forgotten more than we will ever know about governing
a society.
We also offer horseshoes for a lazy afternoon and
a practice putting green to sharpen your putting skills.
We are a solar operated facility. We conserve energy
so that Mother Earth and Father Sky can sustain. "This
land is not ours, it is borrowed from our Grandchildren."
