What time is check-in?

3:00 pm. We will try to facilitate requests for an earlier check-in, but this cannot be guaranteed.


What time is check-out?

11:00 am.  We need to prepare the cabins for incoming guests. You are welcome to stay for the day and enjoy the resort.


What happens if we arrive late?

We will make every effort to wait for your arrival. 


How do we pay for our stay?

Cash, cheques and/or e-transfers.  The resort does not take credit or debit cards.


Is there drinking water?

We are under a boil water advisory with the Sudbury District Health Unit. The water in the cabins can be boiled and used for cooking, brushing teeth, etc. We suggest you purchase bottled water for drinking prior to your arrival.


Will we need to bring bedding and towels?

Yes. Pillows and mattress covers are supplied in the housekeeping cabin.


Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed.


Is there internet access?

WiFi is available at the main house. It is not available in the cabins.


Where can we grocery shop?

We would recommend shopping before you leave your city/town. There is a small general store in town for basics but it is 40K away.


Where is the closest medical facility?

The town of Killarney has a Health Centre. There is also a hospital in Sudbury, ON. 


Can we have a campfire?

Yes. We sell wood in full and half loads. Fires must be attended at all times.


Are there quiet hours?

Yes. 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Behavior that disturbs our other guest’s enjoyment will not be tolerated. Partying or loud music may result in being asked to leave.


How far is Killarney Provincial Park?

The main gate is 29K from the resort.


How is the fishing?

Pike, small mouth bass and large mouth bass are the catch from Tyson Lake. You will need a valid Ontario fishing license.


Is there parking?

There is parking for 1 vehicle per cabin. There is parking on the property for additional vehicles.
